Latest Appointment!

We had another fun filled doctor appointment yesterday and everything looks great! We once again got to hear his cute little heartbeat which I could listen to all day. He's measuring a week behind, but the doc said that's not uncommon at this point. We still don't know if anything has changed with the whole placenta privia thing, and are waiting to do an ultra sound either at my next appointment in May or two weeks after that when I start my two week appointments. (crazy to think I only have one more monthly appt. and then start going every two weeks already!) Based on how that ultra sound goes, if the placenta has moved and everything looks better, I have scheduled an induction date for July 9th!!! Yea, there is an end in sight!!! BUT, if the placenta has not moved I will have a scheduled C-section around 36-38 weeks...we are praying that is not the case, and more prayers our way will be very much welcomed!
I'm definitely feeling the last trimester these last couple of weeks! I'm pretty sure I'm ready to turn all of mirrors around in my entire house, I'm super tired of all of these stairs in my house, and feel like the first trimester with the tiredness all over again. Definitely my least favorite part of being prego, but it's for sure worth it!
I'm going to start writing to my little boy here on my blog letting him know how excited we are for his arrival so I can have it recorded, so for those of you who want to hear, read on! For those who don't, then don't! We hope all is going well for all of you and this finds you healthy and happy. Thanks for for all you do and your love and support!!

Dear baby boy~
Your dad and I are pretty sure that we are going to name you Dru, but still go back and forth, so until then you will be called baby boy! We just wanted to let you know how much we love you already and how excited we are for you to join our little family. Brooklyn and Austin ask me pretty much every day if today is the day you are going to come out of my tummy so they can play with you. With patience every morning I explain what a couple more months means, but can't help finding myself just as anxious as them. Yesterday our power went out for about 5 hours so while Talon was taking a nap, Bro0klyn, Austin and I played some games and sat around. I was laying on the couch and Austin was laying next to me on the side when I put his hand on my tummy and told him that sometimes you move around in there and if he holds really still, he might be able to feel you. SURE ENOUGH, two seconds after he put his little hand on my tummy, you gave him a HUGE high five, the expression on Austin's face will forever be unforgettable. It was so sweet, almost like you were telling him in your own little way that you can't wait to come play with him. He constantly asks now to feel you kick, he loves you much already.
To tell you the truth, your sister was a little sad at first that you are not a girl! lol! It took a couple of days for it to sink in that she is going to have another little brother to pick on her and chase her around the house....BUT, she is super excited now to be mommies big helper and teach you all of the fun things around here.
You're dad and I talk about you all of the time and are trying to make our home as comfortable as can be for you. That might mean you sleeping in a walk in closet for awhile, but hey, it works! I have decided because your dad is such an amazing man, we are going to name you after him. Dru Benjamin Fullmer is the plan for right now. I hope you know what an amazing dad you are getting little boy. He's the kind of dad that loves like you have never seen before, that plays harder then you can imagine, and is for sure the smartest most kind service oriented person you will ever meet. He loves knowing he gets another little boy to run around and play with and is so excited for you to come. I know it will be hard, but we hope you are able to live up to your name and know it is a huge privilege to you are getting.
As for me, you have had me wrapped around that little finger of yours ever since I saw the two pink lines. Honestly, I was a little nervous at first to think of having baby number four and to think of raising 4 kids 5 and under can be very intimidating. But after awhile, after I was able to see your little heartbeat, see you in our ultra sound, and feel you start moving and kicking around (which you NEVER stop doing by the way!)..I knew that you being part of our family is for sure part of our Father in Heaven's plan and how blessed we are to be able to get you!! I catch myself daydreaming of holding you, cuddling, and doing all of the fun (and tiring, lets be honest...lol) mommy/ son things. Something about mommies and their little boys, nothing can beat that.
I might be a little bias, but I think our family is something pretty special and am pretty sure you are going to love being apart of it. You're not quite done growing and doing all of the things you do in there, so for now, just be patient and let's not make this arrival any earlier then needs be ok! I love you so very much and can't wait to hold you in my arms and have lots of late nighters! Thanks for picking me to be your mommy, love you son.

Happy Easter!

We had a very fun and eventful Easter this year and just wanted to share it with all of you! We were lucky enough to have Ben's parents come down for their spring break and spend it with us. We loved having them and we had so much fun! They came Thursday night and stayed until Monday, so it was very fun! Friday morning we took the kids swimming at the Legacy Center which they never get enough of! My kids are like little fish and would live in the water if I let them. Brooklyn and Austin were all over the place! Austin is a little more timid of the water but this time he even went down the big slides, I was so proud of him! For the past year Ben and I have been made it a priority to leave the kids and have a date night on the weekend, so Ben's parents got to join us this time! That night we took them to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and then the guys took us to see the new Miley Cyrus movie "The Last Song." It was soooooo cute!

A little sad and definitely a chick flick, but i loved it! We decided after all of the "Lakers/Duke/March Madness" they owed us a chick flick, and it was so fun! The next two days were full of frosting cookies, fun projects that Grandma brought, and watching conference. Saturday night Konda and I took the kids to Cabela's while the guys were at the priesthood session. They LOVED it and were amazed by the aquarium, especially Talon. He's obsessed with "Nemo" right now and pretty much though every fish was Nemo, so he was in heaven!
Then came Easter!! The Easter bunny was very generous this year and spoiled my children!! They woke up around 8am that morning and saw a trail of bunny eggs leading each one of them to their baskets. They each got a basket full of candy, bubbles, a water bottle, and a new swimming suite! Brooklyn and Austin were also super excited to find that he had brought them a scooter! It was way to cold to ride them around that morning so they just rode them around our house all day. That night we went to Ben's Grandma's for a Easter egg dinner and visited with all of the family. Ben's Grandparents backyard is like a theme park. He has a zip line, a basketball court, a huge tube slide that he just built, I could go on and on! My kids love it every time we go there, so they so much fun!

As you can see we had such a fun Easter weekend and had a blast with Ben's parents. I have to quickly add though that not only was all of the activities fun, but Conference was amazing. I always enjoy conference, but this year was different then all of the other times, for me personally. Alot of the talks were on strengthening the family, parenting your children, how to bring the spirit into your home, etc...it really hit home to me. It made me open my eyes and realize that I need to be slow down and enjoy what I have been blessed with. I have three of the most amazing kids (soon to be four!) and sometimes I catch myself going through the day not even knowing what we did together that day because it was so full of cleaning, running errands, nap time, etc... It made me realize that these years are precious and before I know it, they are going to be all grown up and I'm going to wish they were little again. And not only that, but what are they being taught and learning while in my home? What are the feeling about being a part of this family and do they know how much they are loved?

This baby boy that is soon to join us in the next couple of months is most likely going to be my mine and Ben's last little baby. ( And yes, everyone seems to have an opinion about weather 4 is to many or to little, but I have come to the conclusion that we will decide what is good for us and our family and that nobody elses opinion matters...sorry to go off and that little tangent...it's a huge pet peeve of mine as of late.) Anyways, with this decision I have come to understand that I don't want to be one of those crazy mom's who's always yelling at their children and just trying to 'get through the day.' I want to enjoy every moment with them, and since I've really focused on that lately, I have had so much more peace and love in my heart. I want to be able to spend quality time with each one of my kids and show them each how important and special they are to me.

This past weekend is a reminder that our Savior died for us. What more of a way can you show your children that you love them? I want my children to feel that love along with how much their mom and dad love them.We hope you all had wonderful Easter weekend that was full of love and happiness. Thank you to all for being such great examples to me and my family. We love you all!

My little Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny came!!

Brooklyn seeing her fun things, she was so excited!

Austin was pretty excited, it was cute

My little bunnies with their bunny whistles that
Grandma gave them.

For one of their surprises the Easter Bunny brought
Brooklyn and Austin scooters! They were so
excited, but it was pretty cold outside so they
just rode them around in the house all day.

Austin doessn't QUITE get how to do work it
yet and was getting pretty frusterated. I'm sure
once it gets warmer and he has more room outside
he will be a pro.

"Mom! Look!"

They each got a new swimming suite in their basket,
and for those of you who know my Talon, he's
OBSESSED with Nemo lately. So as soon as he saw
this, he wanted in on and wore it ALL DAY. Even for naps,
it was quite the chore to get him to take it off!

We were so busy all weekend we forgot to
color Easter eggs, so the kids and I did it
together yesterday..they had a blast!

I have pretty crafty kids, they love doing things
like this so it's fun to watch them get so into it.

One of the days we even frosted sugar cookies
that I made for them. They turned out quite
beautiful if you can imagin a five and three year
old decorating them!

Saturday night Grandma Fullmer and I took
the kids to Cabela's to see the aquarium. They
LOVED it!! I have to admit, it is pretty cool.

Oh Talon...

Grandma and he kids with all the fish

Talon went CRAZY, I'm pretty sure it was the
highlight of the weekend for him.

My little shadow

As much as I love this little boy...I'm a little worried about the stage he's in right now! I kid you not, this little man is on my heels every minute of every day! Every where I go he's chasing me. Up the stairs, down the stairs, in the bathroom, in the laundry room, and all day long all I hear is "Hod you hod you!" (hold you hold you!) which is super cute, and don't get me wrong, I love that he's a cuddlier. But I'm almost 7 months pregnant, getting a little uncomfortable, and don't know how to get him to be a little more independent. He's a huge mommies boy that's for sure. Ben could be gone for two days straight and as soon as he gets home, he goes to Ben for a few minutes and then is wanting me the whole rest of the time. I guess it just makes me nervous with another little one coming, I'm afraid he's going to have a hard time. All of my other kids were this close, even closer actually. But he's my most clingy that's for sure! Any advice on how to make the transition a little easier anyone?

Benadryl Baby

So, last night my 19 month old son gave me yet another heart attack! Yesterday was kind of a crazy day to start out with and ended up being crazy! I did an extra day of daycare yesterday for a lady until 3 so that alone made it kind of insane, but on top of that, Brooklyn has had a pretty bad cold the past few days. I took her into the doc and come to find our her and Austin have croup. They gave me a steroid medication for them both, picked up the prescription at the store with a few other things, then came home and made dinner for a neighbor in need. Ben had to work late so I started fed the kids some dinner, put them in the tub and started getting them ready for baths. I got Talon out first, got him all ready and then got Brooklyn and Austin out and started getting them ready for bed. In the meantime I realize that Talon is being very quite and I have no idea what he's up to. So after a few minutes I start walking around looking for him, and low and behold, he has climbed up on the toilet, onto the counter and is sitting in my bathroom sink...DRINKING A BOTTLE OF BENADRYL!!! I of course freaked out, called poison control, and based off of his weight and how much he drank( um yea...HALF OF THE BOTTLE!) they told me to take him straight to the ER. They called my pediatrician which told me the same thing and called the hospital to let them know I was coming. Ben got home just in time so I just took him down there, and I kid you not, the kid was out of control. SUPER SUPER LOOPY!! Like spinning around in circles and landing on the floor laughing hysterically, running up to random people and laughing at them, hitting them (for those of you who don't know Talon, he's super shy so this is so not like him.) pulling all of the cords out of the machines, etc... the nurses were getting a kick out of him while I chased him around for two hours.
He ended up being fine, they just monitored him for two hours and checked his vitals every twenty minutes. Come to find out, i guess it's really hard to overdose on Benadryl unless you have some crazy heart condition or something. So we pretty much just spent $200 being monitored while we sat in a crazy ER room with a whole bunch of sick people coming and hacking all over us or having some weird influenza thing.
I'm so happy he's ok, and boy did he scare me! And for all of those judgemental people who are wondering what kind of mom I am by letting my child get ahold of Benadryl...my kids have had really bad colds lately so to help them breathe better my doc told me to give them a little bit of Benadryl before bed to help with their congestion. I left it up in my bathroom, but made sure the lid was on tight and pushed it back all the way against my mirror, not thinking my son would climb up there because he's usually not a climber. Guess he proved me wrong...and whatever "childproof lid!!"
Just glad you're ok my curious child! Talon, no more meds k baby. I love you sweetheart

Oh the things they say

So I've said before how Austin and Brooklyn are constantly saying funny things that crack me up so I wanted to start posting some of them to I have them to remember. These three are just from today.

Austin's:
-Earlier today he was sitting by me on the couch, he looked down at my stomach and with the funniest look on his face he said, "Wow, Mom! That is really pokin out way far!" Then jumped down and off he went.
-Brooklyn had a rough day because she was so tired, hated dinner; so was sent to her room twice because she wouldn't eat, and just because she's emotional these days. She kept crying until I finally got her to calm down and I noticed during this time Austin kept staring at her and giving her these looks like she was crazy. When she finally stopped he gave this huge sigh of relief and said,"Mom, I am SOOOO happy we are going to have another brother." I asked him why and he said, "Because girls talk and cry to much!"
-He's been waking up early these days and every morning I try and make him go back to bed. This morning I looked at him and said, "Austin, why do you wake up so early?" He replied while rolling his eyes, " Mom... because my eyes are open!" And off he went.

Brookyn's:
Austin kept following her everywhere and she was getting annoyed by it so turned to him and said in a very dramatic way," Austin, I love you, but I really want to be alone."

Ben got mad at her for taking something way from Austin so he put her in timeout. She was NOT happy about this! I was watching how she was going to react to Ben putting her in timeout instead of me because usually it's me being the disciplinary around here. As he walked away from her she gave him the worst glare ever, picked up a hanger sitting on the floor by her, and CHUCKED it at his head!! I burst out laughing, I don't know why it was so funny at that moment. He just looked at me and said, "Did she just throw that at me!?!?!" OH it was so funny. What a girl, letting her emotions get the best of her!

Oh how kids crack me up! Sometimes I just wish I could live in their little minds just for a day. The simple life of children, love it!

*Oh and p.s., yes I deleted my last post because I'm pretty sure after I wrote how crazy I was feeling that day, everyone thought I was turning into a crazy person..basing this off all of the comments people came up to me and said the next day.. even though they were trying to be nice and just make sure I really was ok! Hopefully I'm not the only one that has crazy days being a stay at home mom lol!

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!...AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

So, as you can see below, baby number four is definitely a boy!! I'm not going to lie, as many as you know, since i have done the boy things two times in a row...I was kind of hoping for girl this time around. BUT I am very excited and it was truly amazing to see my little boy for the first time, moving around ALL OVER the place. (the ultra tech was actually laughing out loud because he was moving around so much it was hard for her to get a good picture of him) And let me tell you what, as soon as that tech put that magic wand on my stomach...THERE IT WAS! CLEAR AS DAY!..OUT LITTLE BOY! And boy was it clear! haha! So, I wasn't sad, mad, or I didn't even cry like i thought I would! lol The feeling that actually overcame me was "Of course it is." Like I knew it all along or something.

The best news in the world was hearing that our little boy is as healthy as can be. Everything is developing great and no worries whatsoever. Because of some "female" issues I had previous, we didn't have an exact due date so we were planning on getting our due date based off of the measurements of this baby. July 14th!!! It's no nice to have a date and know that everything looks so good with my little boy. The only concerning thing that they saw was something that I have that they call placenta privia. A short explanation of it is when the baby is above the placenta instead of below it, so if I were to go into labor right now the placenta would be delivered first, which would NOT be good. So, hopefully over time it will move back up as the uterus grows, but if not, a C section will be in my future. We decided we will definitely keep up on it with follow up visits and more ultra sounds and see what ends up happening. The depressing thing is this; no more running, excising, nothing. Not even strenuous walking!!! I of course will do ANYTHING in my power to help this baby and keep him/her healthy but exercising is one thing that actually helps me feel better and gives me energy..so we will just have to see how that goes!!
Anyways, I sure love my kids and am so grateful for each one of them. Of course Brooklyn was a little bit sad as well, but she is now very excited about the fact that me and her are the only girls and get to do all of the fun girl things just me and her. She will definitely be our little princess!! Thank you husband for giving me four of the most wonderful babies in the world. They truly are my world, as are you. I am so blessed and couldn't be happier with the way my life is going, sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky. We will keep you up to date...Love you all!!

Proud sister...after some time..it took awhile of
getting used to the idea of another brother!

Peek!! Definitly a little boy!!

Profile Pic

Already has long legs..wonder where he gets those from?"

Long arms as well..he's going to be tall

Crazy busy times!!!

SOO, the past few months have been crazy buys for our little family!Thanksgiving, Christmas, my little sister got engaged, I went to California to visit Kelli, it was my birthday, it was Austin's 3rd birthday, it was Ben's 29th, and it was Brooklyn's 5th Birthday! My sister got married, we have been back and forth between Rexburg and Boise 4 times in the past 6 weeks, Valentines Day...I could go ON AND ON AND ON!! Along with being five months pregnant and having sick kids lately, it's been crazy! So, that should explain why I haven't blogged forever and a year. Below is about 4 new posts, so keep reading! Besides being super busy, nothing new here! Just enjoying life! Hope everyone had a great few months, we love you all!

We went to Rexburg a few weeks to go through the temple with my little sister Taucia. While we were there Ben's family decided to have a little birthday party for Ben, Austin and Brooklyn since they are all so close. This is us celebrating! Below the fam is playing duck duck goose with the kids, and as you can see, Tiara is about to fly out of the window!! I love this picture, sorry T, had to post it! Konda made a very yummy ice cream cake for everyone, did gifts, played the Wii, Talon smothered Jake... everything ! Thanks guys, we love you!

So,believe it or not, my baby turned FIVE yesterday!! Yep, my little Brooklyn is now five years old. I seriously can't believe she is that old. It seems like yesterday she was my first little baby that I didn't want to put down for five seconds, fit in the corner of my arm, and now she's getting ready to start kindergarten! Brooklyn is the best big sister ever and such a good girl. Four has been my FAVORITE age so far. She is such good girl and has the biggest heart ever. She's for sure my shyest child, but I kind of like it! For her birthday we took her to Chucky Cheese..it was the highlight of her whole year I'm pretty sure. The kids ran around like crazy, got lots of tokens, ate pizza and cake...it was a great night!! Happy fifth birthday baby girl, we love you so much!
She of course got her much wanted Tinkerbell
cake!!

Of course the guys couldn't stay away from the hoops even for one night!!

Talon played with this ball all night, just rolling
it up and down, up and down!

Their favorite game for sure!

It's Chucky!!

And of course all of the Tinkerbell dress up clothes you could think of!

It's my party!!!!

Smiles all night long!!

Ben's Birthday was Feburary 9th! We had a little get together with some friends, I made him a homade ice cream cake, and we had a great time. 29 years old...next year is the big one!! haha! This is Ben at his parent's house the next week. We had a birthday party for him, Austin, and Brooklyn. His parents gave him some new shoes and money..perfect gift for my hubby. Love you babe, hope you had a good one, thanks for being my everything.

I'm pretty sure Austin had the best birthday ever! He turned three years old, and boy will he let you know it! He loves transformers, so every gift he got pretty much had to do with that. We have this tradition of decorating the living room the night before each persons birthday and putting all of their gifts on the table. Here's my three year old tell me he's three now, very excited about his special day!
Most of you know the story of my sweet Austin, but I went into labor with him the day before I was scheduled to be induced, and by the time I got to the hospital, I was dialated to a 9..in the WORST pain of my life, and he came 16 minutes later. No time for an epidural, no time for MY doc to come, and no time to even get me in a real hospital room. He was delivered in a side triage room. I've always said that Austin has been my hardest from birth...lol, but he definitely is my best most lively child. Not afraid to speak his mind, will talk your ear off, is the most stubborn little thing ever..but at the same time, is the sweetest little man ever. Loves to cuddle, tells me ten times a day how "pretty" I am and that he loves me. I can't believe my kids are growing up so fast, time really does fly by. We hope you had a good birthday buddy, we love you!!!

My Birthday was November 24 and it was great. Ben took me out to dinner with some friends, got me a cake and we opened presents with the kids when we got home. Earlier that day someone called and said they wanted to come look at our house (it's up for sale) So I spent the WHOLE DAY cleaning which I wasn't thrilled about, but that's ok. So that night made up for it, it was great, thanks babe!
